Comparing the T-Mobile Shadow to Other Similarly Priced Phones E-mail

The T-Mobile Shadow is one of the few phones in the T-Mobiles Arsenal that is priced low at $149.00. The other phones are the following: T-Mobile Dash ®, T-Mobile Blackberry ® Pearl 8100 and the Sony Ericsson hybrid – Sony Ericsson GC89. We will see what each phone has to offer in comparison to the new T-Mobile Shadow.

The T-Mobile Blackberry® Pearl – The BB Pearl has a long list of features associated with it. It has the capacity to send and receive emails. A Bluetooth ® Wireless connectivity capacity that allows you to share files. It is a Quad band world phone (850/900/1800/1900 MHz). You are able to browse the web using this phone. It has a 1.3 Megapixel Camera for capturing fun moments with family and friends. The Phone’s music player allows you to listen to your favorite tunes, it is capable of instant messaging service or Text messaging, it has a speaker phone and has a QWERTY keyboard configuration.

 

The T-Mobile Dash – The Dash has its own list of qualities that endears it to its users, a few of them are as follows: It has the capability to easily synch with your computer’s Microsoft Outlook. It has built in QWERTY keypad, a Windows Mobile ® system, which makes it capable of real web browsing, a Quad Band World Phone capability, Micro SD Memory slot so you can increase memory capacity. The 1.3 megapixel camera allows video capture and play back. The Dash has SMS and MMS feature which is able to send and receive instant messages. It also has voice dialing capacity and Caller ID.

 

The Sony Ericsson GC89 – A hybrid phone from Sony Ericsson that looks futuristic. GPRS/EDGE and WiFi enabled which allows you fast wireless connection anywhere within the T-Mobile Network. A Quad Band phone with wireless LAN connection ability. It is Compatible with Windows 98, Me2000, and XP. It can be powered via PC card slot and is able to send and receive text messages plus a lot of other features.

 

The T-Mobile Shadow – The new addition to the bunch stands up to the rest. It has an array of features that you would find on the other phones and more. The T-Mobile Shadow is equipped with a 2.0 megapixel camera, capable of sending and receiving email, a Quad Band World Phone, has a Windows Mobile ® program, a Micro SD Memory Slot for increasing the phone’s storage capacity, SMS, MMS and IM capable, synchs with Microsoft outlook, has a music player, with Bluetooth technology, voice activated dialer, calendar, alarm clock and more.

 

More or less it shows that T-Mobile Dash and the T-Mobile Shadow show that they pack more punch by having a lot of features for the same price as the rest. The only difference between the two is the style. They look totally different yet both appealing to different demographics.
